EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At Uniform Lab, we ensure you a hassle-free shopping experience, where you can confidently make purchases.
• In case of Uniforms, ONLY EXCHANGE requests will be considered.
• The exchange will be done for extra charges.
• For Exchange requests for higher or lower size of uniforms, there will be a convenience fees charge that will be borne by you along with the difference in the amount payable on account of the size change.
• The product to be exchanged should be returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
• Please ensure that clothes are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged. Retain original tags and accessories (buttons etc).
• Branded packaging should be intact and returned in a safe condition with the product.
• However, damage due to misuse of product is not covered under the policy.
• Socks and clothing freebies are ineligible for returns.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers are likewise unavailable.
• Replacement can be for the full product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.
Initiation of Exchange
Exchange can be initiated by contacting us at (Email id :help@theuniformlab.in). If your exchange is accepted, we will send you the instructions, you can either bring the product to our shop or ship it back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once received the product will be checked before any further actions are taken.

Returns are not accepted, once goods sold, the goods cannot be returned.
We have a 7 day Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchanges are only possible for a size change in the same product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned / exchanged, custom products (such as special / orders or personalized items or hemmed pants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Customized products and wholesale orders are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Exchange is accepted only for size change within 7 days of receiving the product.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at our physical store and pick up the required size.
Other way to exchange the goods will be to – ship the goods back to us, and we will ship the required product size back to you.
The shipping charges are the cost of the customer.

Shipping Policy
To ensure timely and hassle-free delivery, we request the customers to provide accurate details such as : delivery address, name and contact telephone number of the addressee.
Please allow us 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
For Orders requiring any customization/ Personalized Products / Pre-ordered products, the delivery timelines will be mentioned with the product details and will require additional time.
